The kids of Ozark enjoyed a day of fun in the sun with an NFL star.
The 3rd Annual Fun in the Sun Day kicked off with Pittsburgh Steelers Player, Steve McLendon. The event included inflatables, games, and autograph signing.
McLendon plays nose tackle for the Steelers and says this annual event shows he hasn't forgotten his roots in Ozark.
"I went to school here, I got my scholarship from here, I was able to do a lot of things here. I have to start where it started at and this where it started at for me, says McLendon.
Today's event was free to the public and and included a raffle for two bicycles.
