Former Ga. State Trooper Indicted

BLAKELY, GA - A former Georgia State Trooper has been indicted on drug charges.

32-year-old Jaa Tucker of Blakely is accused of stealing marijuana from an evidence lock-up and then giving it to two female high school students.

He's charged with theft by a government employee, two counts of distributing marijuana and three counts violation of oath of office.

Tucker turned himself in at the Early County Sheriff's Office Wednesday morning. He has been released on bond.
