Follow-Up: "Bronies for Good" Reach Milestone on Latest Charity Drive

A charity drive by the fans of "My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic" has reached a milestone as it raises money for an African orphanage.

Two weeks ago, we reported that “Bronies for Good,” a group of fans of “My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic,” was raising money for the “Safe Project” through the fundraiser called “Seeds of Kindness 2: Faithful & Strong.”

The goal of the group, which had previously helped Orphanages and clinics in Africa, was to help another orphanage in Uganda become fully independent with a chicken farm.

Now, they have reached a milestone—the roof is now able to be built for the building that will hold the chicken farm.

In the two weeks since we first reported on the fundraiser, the amount raised has gone from just over 5000 dollars (4000+ Euros) to 16000 dollars (12000+ Euros.)
