Most of those who attended the hearing were opposed to the facilities.
However ... Some say it's a chance to bring business to Florala.
The Florala Zoning Board did vote to rezone the property for drug treatment.
A second public hearing is scheduled for March 24th.
It will be held six o’clock at night before the city council meeting.
