The Florala Utilities Board says it's "business as usual following the arrest of its long-time manager.
Lynn Hughes had been fired 2-weeks earlier for insubordination.
Hughes is charged with 2-counts each of theft of property and using her position for personal gain.
She's currently free on 120-thousand dollars bond.
