The controversy over whether to locate a drug halfway-house in a residential neighborhood may be settled next week.
At six Monday night, the Florala City Council will hold a public hearing on the proposed facility.
It would work in conjunction with a privately-owned drug treatment center now located in the old Florala Memorial Hospital.
Several city officials are on board with the halfway house.
