Fla. Governor Comments on Death of Officer

Tallahassee, Fla. – “Officer Bruce St. Laurent lost his life yesterday while honorably serving our nation’s President. My sincerest condolences go to his family and loved ones, and all those in uniform in Jupiter and across the state.

Members of Florida’s law enforcement community selflessly risk their lives each day to ensure all Floridians and our visitors are safe.

The death of Officer St. Laurent and the upcoming anniversary of the tragedy on September 11, 2001 are somber reminders of the heroic sacrifices these brave men and women perform each day.”
