WTVY’s Fit 4 Life teams have been focused on exercise classes, nutrition plans and weigh-ins for the past month.
Each team is using a different exercise method.
Lisa Green and Reginald Jones are seeing personal trainers. John Dowdey and Nate Harrington are trying out CrossFit. Natalie Owens and Taylor Tannebaum have been going to group exercise classes.
While they all have different fitness goals, each person is already seeing a difference.
