Police have arrested a 38-year-old man accused of a fatal shooting in Albany.
Georgia Bureau of Investigation Agent Danny Jackson said Johnny Anthony Allen shot and killed 48-year-old Robert Patton after the two men got into an altercation Friday night.
WALB-TV reports that Allen has been charged with murder and aggravated assault.
He was being held Saturday in the Lee County Jail.
It was not clear whether he had a defense attorney.
