Police say 73 year old Avis miller is dead after her silver Buick Rendezvous collided with a red Dodge truck.
Investigators say the Buick was trying to get across Ross Clark Circle, but pulled right out in front of the Dodge.
Two people were inside the red Dodge truck. Only one received treatment. Miller, however, was the only person in the Buick.
The cause of the crash right now is failure to yield the right of way.
