Much of that will go to more upscale restaurants-- but quick service restaurants are stepping up their game to attract more lovebirds.
White castle promises to offer a "hot and steamy' evening.
Couples who make reservations will enjoy table service by candlelight.
They'll get free dessert-- and a chance to win matching white castle t-shirts.
Waffle house also has romance on the griddle.
Select locations will play soft music as diners enjoy table cloth service and a special valentine's menu.
And Chick-Fil-a is feeling the love.
Some restaurants will offer a full meal for two with table service for about 25 bucks.
And the best part?
Lovers can take a photo with the Chick-Fil-a cow.
If you're looking to make a more serious commitment today-- pizza hut has the deal for you.
For a steep 10-thousand dollars-- couples can get a dinner box along with a ruby ring, limo service, flowers, fireworks and more.
