FL State Employees Hoping for Raise

Florida's state government has nearly a quarter million people on its payroll.
From park rangers to the folks at the D-M-V, they've been getting by for years without raises.
Now, some lawmakers say it's time to pay state workers a little bit more.
But, as Troy Kinsey tells us, it'll take a lot of political will to make that happen.
