FL Ammo Buyers Could Potentially Attend Anger Management Courses

A bill filed Saturday in the Florida legislature would require anyone who buys ammunition in the state to first complete an anger management course.

The bill, sponsored by Sen. Audrey Gibson, D-Jacksonville, would require a waiting period to purchase ammunition to allow for the purchaser to complete an anger management course.

The course would have to be repeated every 10 years.

Said Gibson of the bill, "This is not about guns. This is about ammunition and not only for the safety of the general community, but also for the safety of law enforcement."
