The lower cost of fuel isn't just making drivers happy this summer.
The City of Progress is using the dip in prices ... To add more streets to its re-surfacing project.
Pruitt Street is one of 75 streets on the list to be re-surfaced.
Recently new roads have been added.
The projected cost of the project is running under the 2-million dollar budget.
