The man accused of shooting an Enterprise policeman on New Year’s Eve has been released on bond.
Thomas Boucher’s bond was reduced for each of the four counts of attempted murder.
Police say the shootout happened in Boucher’s backyard.
Authorities say four officers exchanged gunfire with Boucher.
One bullet grazed an officer, but he was wearing a protective vest and didn't suffer any serious injuries.
The court ordered Boucher to undergo psychiatric evaluation to ensure he isn't a danger to himself or the public before he is released.
