ENTERPRISE, AL –- The Enterprise Police Department is participating in the National Drug Take-Back Day on April 26th. The event is sponsored by the DEA.
From 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. people can drop off medications for disposal at the Enterprise Police Department in City Hall at 501 South Main Street. The purpose of the event is to allow for proper disposal of medications and to prevent pill abuse and theft.
Potentially dangerous, expired and unused medications will be accepted. Enterprise Police say the service is free and anonymous, no questions asked.
