An Ozark jury has convicted a man who pointed a firearm at enterprise police earlier this year.
In February, Paul Howe was shot twice in the hip after refusing to drop his handgun.
Officers responded to a domestic violence call at the Dogwood Acres Trailer Park on Dale County Road 124.
The jury found Howe "guilty on two counts of menacing.
He was given a six-month suspended jail sentence..., and placed under two year’s probation.....
