Enterprise Municipal Court

Nearly 2-dozen defendants charged with not maintaining their properties appeared in Enterprise Municipal Court.
The Enterprise City Council approved harsher penalties for those who reportedly maintain public eyesores.
Municipal Judge Dwain Hartwick handed down stiff fines after repeated attempts to get the owners to clean-up their properties.
Officials say its blight on a neighborhood.
