One wiregrass school system is looking to the future of its students.
The Elba City School district will soon be accredited by "Advanced Ed".
Superintendent Rick Rainer made the announcement at this month's board meeting.
Advanced Ed was formerly known as 'SACS', or the Southern Association of Schools and Colleges.
Rainer says the accreditation will provide students with more academic avenues.
