OFFICIALS SAY THEY'VE RECEIVED A GOOD REPORT.
BUT THEY RECOMMEND WORK BE DONE AT THE JOINTS ALONG THE RIVER SIDE OF THE LEVEE.
THE ELBA CITY COUNCIL APPROVED SPENDING 87-HUNDRED DOLLARS TO HAVE THE PROJECT DONE BY AN OUTSIDE CONTRACTOR.
