New Elba School Superintendent Rick Rainer says the year is going well with new principals at both the elementary and high school.
Rodney smith has taken over the reins at the high school. The Alabama native has been an administrator at several districts nationwide. Those include stints in Wyoming and Mississippi. Smith says kids are kids just about anywhere you go.
