A MONTGOMERY CONSULTANT GROUP WANTS THE PUBLIC'S IDEAS ON THE FUTURE LOOK OF ONE OF THE STATE'S OLDEST CITIES.
ELBA WAS INCORPORATED PRIOR TO THE CIVIL WAR.
UNFORTUNATELY... ITS 110-YEAR-OLD COURTHOUSE AND DOWNTOWN SQUARE HAVE SEEN BETTER DAYS.
TIME HAS TAKEN ITS TOLL ON THE BUSINESSES AND BUILDINGS.
A LARGE PART OF REDEVELOPMENT IS EXPECTED TO INCLUDE THE PEA RIVER.
