There is a high school gym in the area that isn't just for football players.
More than a year ago, Early County High School coach Kerry Morris started an exercise program to get in shape. Everyone from high school non-athletes to retirees signed up.
The program became a huge success in the community.
It's called mo-flex. Coach Morris says anybody can do it.
"You could have one of my offensive linemen who could theoretically bench press 400 pounds working out with a ninth grade, 14-year-old cheerleader who can't lift the bar," he explains. "You just have to adjust the loads. That's no big deal."
Half of the money raised from the program goes to the school's athletic department.
Morris says so far, they have raised thousands.
