A pioneer in the medical field was last to rest in Opp, today.
Doctor Wheeler gunnels served as medical director of mizell memorial hospital for several years.
He was also a member of its foundation.
In his 30-years of practice ... Doctor Gunnels is said to have delivered some three thousand babies.
