Dothan Woman Arrested on Felony Forgery Charges

DOTHAN, AL - On April 3, 2013 the Dothan Police Department made a felony arrest following the investigation of a forgery complaint. Investigators say Andrea Wilson took a debit card and personal checks from the victim without permission. Wilson then cashed two of the checks after forging the victim’s signature and used the debit card for personal gain. Wilson’s arrest now brings this case to a close.

• Andrea Lynette Wilson, white female, 46 years of age, of E Selma Street was arrested and charged with second degree forgery and fraudulent use of a debit/credit card. A $2,500 bond has been set on each charge. All persons arrested are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
