The City of Dothan will observe Halloween festivities on Wednesday, October 31, 2012. Residents are encouraged to “Trick or Treat” on Wednesday from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Children are reminded to carry a flashlight, never “trick or treat” alone, ask an adult to check your candy before you eat it, walk through neighborhoods instead of running, and visit only houses with the lights on and never go inside!
