DOTHAN, AL - On October 6, 2012 at 8:42 p.m. the Dothan Police Department responded to an armed robbery in progress at the Hobo Pantry located at 3090 Denton Road. Upon arrival, police learned the suspect entered the store armed with a handgun and demanded cash. The cashier gave the suspect the cash from the register after which the suspect exited the store and fled on foot northbound on Denton Road.
The suspect was described as a slim black male wearing blue jeans, a hooded sweater. Police are asking anyone with information about the case or identity of the suspect to call the Dothan Police Department or CrimeStoppers 334-793-7000.
