DOTHAN, AL - On December 25, 2012 the Dothan Police Department responded to a robbery and rape at a residence located on Pleasant Road. Due to the sensitive nature of the case, limited details are being released however investigators say Spencer Martin was identified and arrested a short time after entering a home armed with a gun and committing robbery and rape. Investigators say the case will be closed following the arrest.
•Spencer Martin, black male, 33 years of age, of Donna Drive was arrested and charged with First Degree Robbery and First Degree Rape with bond being established later today. All persons arrested are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
