DOTHAN, AL - On February 9, 2013 the Dothan Police Department responded to a theft in progress in the 2700 block of Ross Clark Circle. Upon arrival, officers were advised the suspect David Dorsey entered the Fast Stop package store, took property and exited the business without paying for the items.
