DOTHAN, AL - On January 19, 2013 the Dothan Police Department responded to a shooting into an occupied dwelling at a residence located in the 2600 block of Creekwood Drive. Investigators say the shooting was domestically motivated and therefore limited details are being released however police confirmed multiple shots were fired by the suspect who made entry into the home. No injuries were incurred during the incident however property damage was caused to the victims’ home and vehicle. Investigators say the case will now be closed following the arrest.
•Lance Bryant, black male, 32 years of age, of Kinsey Road was arrested and charged with Shooting into an Occupied Dwelling, Shooting into an Unoccupied Vehicle and First Degree Burglary with bonds totaling $550,000. All persons arrested are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
