The second annual Dothan Business Hall of Fame Ceremony was a classy, elegant event that started with a dinner and moved on to recognizing 2012's inductees.
The Wiregrass Church's auditorium was filled with Dothan's most accomplished businesspeople. Five were inducted this year, down from seven last year.
They include Eustace Bishop, John Glanton, Jr., Harry Hall, William Forrester, and John Watson.
Jansen Tidmore is honored to be a part of the executive committee that gets to decide who gets in.
"We look at all the applications for inductees and we're just blown away by the men and women that get nominated, and their resumes, by what they've done for this community,” he said.
Jansen noted the most interesting thing about this year's class is how intermingled they all were. Their lives have overlapped and some of them were even friends.
