Dothan Police Investigating Burglary at Salvation Army Church

A congregation is shocked when they find out thousands of dollars worth of equipment has been stolen.

The Salvation Army Church in Dothan was broken into late Friday night.

Three flat screen tv's, sound equipment and air conditioning unit were taken.

All worth about $10,000.

Church members say it feels like every time they take a step forward, they get knocked back.

Captain Thomas Broome said police were able to find a few fingerprints at the scene.

He is glad no one was hurt during the ordeal.
