DeFuniak Springs Scooter Hit And Run Follow-Up

Follow up now on story news 4 first brought you on news 4 at five yesterday...
An arrest has been made in a hit and run in Defuniak Springs.
On Monday morning, Billy Cumby and his 6-year-old daughter, Chloe, were riding their motorized scooter adjacent to the curb when they were struck by a car that left the scene.
The scooter was turned over leaving 35-year-old Cumby and his daughter lying in the middle of 11th street.
Cumby is a 35-year-old dwarf who requires the scooter for mobility.
Both were scrapped and bruised, but not seriously injured.
This afternoon ... 68-year-old Catherine Reesee of DeFuniak Springs was charged with leaving the scene of an accident.
