The City of Progress is taking action to slow-down drivers in one neighborhood.
Jon Garey says it's not unusual for people to drive 50 miles-per-hour or more through his neighborhood.
The speed limit, however ... Is only 25.
Garey took his concerns to city leaders, and says he's glad they're taking action.
