Daleville Water Department Preparing to Improve Customer Accessibility

DALEVILLE -- The City of Daleville recently approved a new way of billing for the city's water department.

Within the next 60 days, customers will have the option of receiving their bills through an email. The city is also going to change from the postcard-style bill to a tri-fold.

Mayor Claudia Wigglesworth said this bill will be more user-friendly.

"We are now looking at options to provide a more professional, easy to read tri-fold bill which is one of the best business practices that most other utilities use." Mayor Wigglesworth said.

Daleville water customers are also reminded that they can use the drive thru window or drop box located at the water department in Daleville.
