Saturday, April 12th the Dothan Police Department made a felony arrest following a recent theft of services investigation at Flower's Hospital.
Investigators say 46-year-old Louis Jimenez of Daleville received medical services from Flowers Hospital on multiple occasions in which he used several fictitious names to avoid paying for services.
Investigators say on Saturday, April 12th Jimenez was questioned by an employee after he attempted to use a false name again for services. The hospital contacted the Dothan Police Department, who upon arrival took Jimenez in to custody.
Jimenez has been charged with four counts of first degree Theft of Services. Investigators say the total amount of those services exceed $10,000.00.
Jimenez, was arrested and charged with four counts of first degree Theft of Services. Bond amounts on all charges have been set and total $120,000.00.
All persons arrested are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
