DALE COUNTY, AL - On Friday, March 15, 2013 @ 1:30 pm the Dale County Schools is planning a “Celebration of Life” to honor the life of Mr. Charles Poland and “his students”, in the Midland City School Cafeteria. We are going to celebrate the life of Mr. Poland and the lives of the children he saved while driving his bus on Tuesday, January 29, 2013.
Because of limited space in the cafeteria, we are asking that anyone from the community who would like to participate, join us on the school`s playground for a balloon release immediately following the assembly in the cafeteria.
