Credit Card Fraud Arrest in Dothan

The Dothan Police Department has made a three count felony arrest following a recent investigation. Police say the investigation revealed a woman used a credit card fraudulently to make multiple purchases including a purchase at Sam’s Club in May 2012 and a purchase at Wal-Mart in July 2012. Additionally, police say the suspect also used a forged instrument for personal gain against the same victim. Investigators say the suspect has now been identified and arrested bringing this case to a close.

• Ludie Moore, black female, 56 years of age, of Spring Street was arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument and two counts of Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card with bonds totaling $7,500.
