Colorado theater shooting suspect James Holmes is expected to be back in court, beginning Tuesday. A judge will hear several motions during the two-day hearing, including the terms of a second insanity evaluation.
The doctor conducting it is asking to videotape Holmes. But defense attorneys argue that could interfere with the integrity of the exam.
The first evaluation was ruled inadequate. Holmes is accused of opening fire in a movie theater in Aurora in 2012, killing twelve people and injuring dozens. He has pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity.
The case is expected to go to trial later this year.
