Fewer state dollars for public education, but the Elba City, Enterprise City, and Coffee County School superintendents believe it has made their respective systems more efficient.

"Budget cutbacks" has meant the Enterprise City, Elba City, and Coffee County school districts have had to make do with less state money.
But instead of looking at the "cutbacks" as an issue, all three school superintendents say it has made them more efficient with taxpayer money.
It has led to creative spending, and consolidation of duplication.
