Coffee County Manslaughter Indictment

An Enterprise man accused of killing his own brother was indicted by a Coffee County Grand Jury. Last march, John Edward McGill allegedly had been drinking when the car he was driving slammed into a tree on coffee county road 603 in the Goodman Community. 43-year-old Russell McGill died in the wreck. Initially charged with vehicular homicide, the grand jury indicted him on the more serious felony charge of manslaughter. If convicted, McGill could spend the rest of his life in prison...
