COFFEE COUNTY DISTRICT JUDGE PAUL SHERLING SAYS A NUMBER OF INTERVENTION PROGRAMS HAS KEPT TRUANCY DOWN.
JUDGE SHERLING WAS THE GUEST SPEAKER TODAY AT THE MONTHLY COFFEE COUNTY CHILDREN'S POLICY COUNCIL.
SINCE 2007, HE SAYS APPROXIMATELY SEVERAL HUNDRED CHILDREN HAVE BEEN DIVERTED FROM COURT AND COUNTY DETENTION BECAUSE OF THESE PROGRAMS.
