A Coffee County hog farmer says packs of neighbor dogs have been killing his livestock.
John Barbacccia raises red waddle hogs in Coffee County's Victoria Community. The breed is listed as "critically endangered". Barbaccia says New Year’s Day was the latest incident in which several of his hogs were either killed or critically injured. He believes the county needs a leash law to make sure domesticated animals don't form a pack mentality and kill livestock, or even a person.
