(Kinsey, AL)—A 6-year-old boy is recovering at a Dothan Hospital after being run over by a utility trailer. The accident happened on the 100 block of America Drive in Kinsey.
According to police, the child was playing too close to a moving truck, when he got caught underneath the trailer.
While speed has been ruled out as a factor in this case, Police are asking all drivers and pedestrians to be extra-cautious on the roadways, especially in residential neighborhoods.
Right now the driver is not facing charges.
