Folks along the banks of the Choctwhatchee River in Northwest Florida are prepping for "high water" coming early next week. You're looking at the Choctwhatchee River Bridge in Caryville this afternoon. Rushing water partially covers a road leading to the river. In 1994, "The Flood Of The Century" nearly wiped Caryville off the map.
FEMA bought out most of the homeowners and moved them to higher ground.
But those who remain are cautious of "high water"…
