Carroll High School Helps Parents Prepare for Upcoming School Year

Some Carroll High School students went back to class on Tuesday...with their parents.

They attended for Freshman and New Student Orientation. There were numerous housekeeping items discussed for the upcoming school year, but the main agenda for the orientation was to ease any concerns that parents may have before their student walks into a new school.

“Parents just really wanted to make sure that their children are going to be taken care of,” explained Andrea Maness, Freshman Academy Director at Carroll High School. “If they have questions they want to know that they can contact the schools staff and they definitely can. My teachers are open to meeting with parents at any time. Our contact information was given out but if parents missed coming tonight all of that is listed on our school website.”

Carroll High School students will begin class on Tuesday, August 12.
