CPL(R) Stephen Ayhens Wheelchair

A local wounded warrior will soon be able to travel across the wiregrass ... And beyond.
Twenty-two-year-old Stephen Ayhens lost both legs in an explosion in Afghanistan two-years ago.
The retired U.S. Marine was given a customized, electric wheelchair at the wall of Freedom in Enterprise, today.
It's from a fellow wounded U.S. Marine in West Virginia whose injuries are too severe to use the chair.
"Operation First Response" was instrumental in getting the wheelchair to Ayhens.
