Brendan Franco Passes

A thirteen year old enterprise youngster who touched hundreds of lives lost his heroic battle with cancer over night.
Last march, the student body at Coppinville Junior High held a thirteenth birthday party for Brendan Franco. The young man had battled liver and lung cancer and is credited with giving inspiration to other young people fighting cancer at children's hospital in Birmingham. Funeral arrangements are incomplete at this time.
Tomorrow morning's planned Brendan Franco cross country run and fun walk will continue at the request of the family.
Registration is seven o'clock and the event starts at eight. It'll take place on the Bamajam Farms golf course north of enterprise. Proceeds going to the Brendan Franco foundation's cancer research fund...
