Ozark, AL - The Ozark Boys and Girls Club held their annual Breakfast of Champions Tuesday.
During the breakfast, the 2013 officers were installed. Also board members, community leaders, and businesses were honored for their contributions.
Leaders with the Boys and Girls Club say they couldn't provide the services they do without these people.
"I've been involved with the Boys and Girls Club for a number of years, and we have some of the best board members. They're willing to get out there and raise money year after year after year. It's expensive to provide the services that we do. We couldn't do it without them," said Lonnie Groomes, Executive Director of the Ozark Boys and Girls Club.
There are about 150 kids at the Ozark Boys and Girls Club. They have access to programs that enrich their education, life skills, health, arts, and sports. You can help by donating the United Way or to the club directly.
