Eight people were on board the boat when at boat exploded at the Decatur Boat Harbor around 11 A.M. Sunday.
Some of the passengers were tossed into the water.
Decatur Fire, Decatur Police and Alabama Marine Police responded to the scene.
At least one person was taken to the hospital with burns.
Investigators are working to determine the cause of the explosion.
